At Topcliffe, children with special educational needs and disabilities are supported and cared for by prioritising their additional needs.

We can provide a wide range of support for our children alongside advice, guidance and information for parents and carers. We want to work collaboratively together so that every child has the best school experience and are safe, secure and happy during their time with us at Topcliffe.

Every child is unique and special and we personalise their learning as needed to ensure engagement and activities are tailored effectively. We welcome conversations with parents for any queries or concerns that you may have.  Please contact our SENCo team by calling the school office on 0121 675 6296 or by emailing enquiries@topcliffe.academy.

Mrs Julie Willis is our SEND Administrator and she will put you in touch with the correct SENCo/ member of staff.

Resource Base Provision at Topcliffe Primary School

At Topcliffe we are proud that we have one of the largest resource base provisions in the city. We hold the Inclusion Quality Mark Flagship Status and inclusive practice is embedded in all that we do.

We have a number of resource base classes across the school which support autistic pupils and also children with a diagnosed Developmental Language Delay.

More information regarding our fantastic resource base classes and transition will follow shortly...
