World Book Day - Dress-up Day

We love reading at Topcliffe! To share our love of reading we have had a number of acitivities taking place across the week linked with World Book Day. On Thursday,  Topcliffe became a wonderland filled with characters from a variety of books this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of World Book Day. Teachers and children dressed up as a book character and shared books with each other. Competitions were held for best costume effort - with home made costumes getting extra credit and competitions for reading and book reviews have been held across the school. Thanks to Mrs McElroy-Stringer our English Lead who organised it all.
